I have started running Facebook ad campaigns on Bangladesh, all the ads are rejected. After appealing, in 90% of cases the campaigns start working.
Are there any best practices to avoid ads getting rejected after launching campaigns?

Try changing to a new ad account, be happy that your appeal was successful and the ads are working again, which is better than the ads that cannot be appealed. Facebook is always unstable
 
I think the problem is due to IP, you should use proxy to change new IP and create new campaign and avoid rules that lead to rejection.
 
For gambling, use only agency accounts, we are spending more than 50k/d in gambling ads here, just with agency accounts

You must have an old account with spending history and some tips when advertising to be able to pass Facebook's censorship.
