There is little to no chance on getting that account back. The same happened to me, I have linked my personal paypal account as a payment method, after that, this message appeared. They asked for an ID scan and some questions. After getting my fucking ID they decided to ban me for life! from facebook ads because of suspected fraudulent activity. I have done nothing fishy, used my real info, real IP and this was my first fb ads account. Those zuckerfags deserve nothing more than fake accounts with fake info, don't provide them your ID as I did.
