I have a Facebook AD Account of a third world country. I don't have some features such as Purchase Behavior in the Behaviors Category which is a very big down side to Facebook Ad Marketing. It's a really big potential that I could use in my Marketing strategy and cutting down my CPC.

I was thinking if I made another account and somehow made it to an US based AD account.

I'd like to know:

• How do they recognize an account's country. Does the user enter automatically, or through the IP Adress. What if I spoofed my IP Adress to a US based one and used it everytime I logged into that account
• Will I get banned for using two accounts, or perhaps faking an US Account?

You are correct sir, you'll need to create an account with US IP, US TimeZone & US Currency.

This means when your account gets put under manual review and you're asked to submit ID, you'll need to have US documents/ID.

What if I'm not able to? Will I lose all my prepaid balance or can I refund that still? I can use a credit card issued from a different country right? And what if I fake the US ID?
