I'm getting this error when inserting a $50 ad code...

There was an error
This account is ineligible to redeem this coupon code.

Why is my account "ineligible". Its phone and email verified...

The code even says it's accepted so it'snothing to do with that. The code is for people who've never used ads (which I haven't)

Can anybody help? i've tried several codes and it's not that the codes have been used before as when entering a used code it says: This code has already been used...

usually you need to add a cc to your account first before you can redeem an adcode.

Get a vcc and add it to the account

I am having the same problem acctually, I just signed up for a ipage account and have my own coupon codes.

I have never been able to use coupon codes on facebook.

Because you got an old account. Coupons only work for new accounts, age less than 15 days.

yea, 14 days actually. My ad code was working for a little bit of time until my brand new facebook account got banned for suspicious payments activity, i dont know why. Does anyone know why this has happened to me? Should i have only used a VCC? i will appreciate any help please. thanks
