Facebook ad breaks eligibility status checker not updating?

Has anyone experienced this? Been trying to get the required 30k 1 minute videos to be eligible but that eligibility status checker hasn't updated since the 10th and it's suppose to update daily. I would have hit the required views as well now so it's very frustrating.
