Facebook ad breaks crosspost

Hi has anyone found a fix for the crosspost issue where the videos go yellow ? we have some pages where we can still crosspost on with no issues but other pages we work with the videos still go yellow. we have tried swapping admin roles and we have also put the host page on the same BM as the page we are posting on and it still goes yellow and does not let us crosspost. there has to be a basic fix for this

its not its super random we have pages where we are just the editor on a page and we can crosspost no issues we have pages where we have given the page we want to work with a host page and he cannot crosspost even with him being the owner of it and he cannot crosspost between his own pages he owns. there has to be some other thing out there that fixes this
