facebook ad break payout settings

hey guys , i changed my page location to USA so i got my page approved then when they ask for th bank i added my paysera ( from lithuania) bank accounta and they accepted it but next i selected ALGERIA , they gave me the choice to select ALGERIA even though it is not supported yet , i selected it , and then they said that my account is set up but ad break is not available in my country yet , my question is how can i change the country please ? take a loot at the picture attached to understand what i'm talking about
