Facebook ad approval process

Does anyone know how the Facebook ad approval process works? When you first publish a ad, is it reviewed by a human or a bot? Because a lot of times my ads get disapproved right away.
I then submit a appeal and request a 2nd review and they always approve it after reviewing it a 2nd time.

Facebook ad is auto approved by bot, are you using the same account for creating ads for different ads acc?
sometimes there is problem with the account from which you're creating ads.

So when you make an add it is approved by bot, sometimes it get dissaproved for no reason. But i once made an ad it was about ginger oil and showed a women legs, it was approved and got tons of sales then i startet to scale and guess what? Got dissaproved! Then after been desperate i asked for manual review (human). And guess what happend?after the ad has been reviewed by human? The sh*t banned my entire BM account with 30+ ad accts from different stores. So what i want to tell here ? Be carefull when you are doing manual review because they check everything and like to ban.

There is no way ads can go under manual review right after creation unless your account was flagged recently.

i think its approved by a bot because i have got some sweepstakes ads aproved on facebook tgat got renejected on snapchat

definitely approved by bots. there are millions of ads created per day, no way they can manually approve all of these.
