Facebook Ad Active and Approved but not running...

Hey guys, I finally finished up with my store and wanted to give facebook ads a try. I followed pretty good tutorial and set everything up as it should be, narrowed interests down to 670k people (which is an okay number in my opinion) and set up a 10$ daily budget (Paypal).

My ad "delivery" status changed to Active almost instantly and I got notification saying its approved. However the amount spent is still $0.00 and I see no traffic. (carousel ad, facebook/instagram feed only)

I set it up like 15hours ago and tried to adjust it little bit few hours ago again (removed right column ad option), thought maybe it would refresh it and start working. Still no luck, just approved again.

By the way I am using facebook business. Maybe I need to set up payment method on "business settings" too? I connected paypal only on "settings" section. Seems like I cant even connect paypal on business settings, only card, but looks like it should be all good anyways as it says budget 10$.

You set up your fb ads account 15hrs ago? Wait a while to get approved again and then I would try increasing your budget.

Just contact them they will enable it for sure
