I am feeling extremely frustrated and helpless at the moment. I have been running different Facebook ad accounts for my clients for years, and suddenly, all of my accounts have been blocked by Facebook.

I have no idea what to do now. My clients are depending on me to run their ads, and I am not able to access any of their accounts. I have tried reaching out to Facebook support, but all I receive are automated responses that do not address my issue.

Has anyone else faced a similar problem before? If so, how did you solve it? I would be extremely grateful if someone could provide me with some guidance on this matter.

I have read online that Facebook may have mistaken me for a bot or spammer, and that's why my accounts have been blocked. But I assure you that I am a legitimate advertiser, and all my ads comply with Facebook's policies.

I have tried using a VPN to access my accounts, but that only made matters worse, and now Facebook has blocked me entirely from their platform. I am feeling extremely stressed out, and I don't know what to do next.

If anyone has any suggestions or advice, please let me know. I would be forever grateful for any help I can get.

Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

- first you need to review the product you are running
- if the account dies too much, you can find a provider, they can rent it to you and you can run ads regardless of whether the account is dead or not but it will cost 1 fee
- if you do not hire you can find a reputable supplier to buy an account that has already spent, it will be good

One suggestion I have for protecting your accounts in the future is to consider using an anti-detect browser such as Hidemyacc ,Gologin or Multilogin. These types of browsers are specifically designed to help protect your online identity and prevent platforms like Facebook from detecting unusual patterns or activity.

Even if you run ads that comply with FB policies, FB has confusing algorithms. To be safe you should use an anti-detection browser, or use a 4G mobile network

please use old ad accounts, have spending history, i think it's better and healthier
hire an advertiser so they can replace the ad account you're banned for

They maybe banned your personal ad account, and if you looking for solution for the account you use, the only way is to request a review and if they ask for ID you can submit yours or generate one.

But if you looking for long term solution, you should buy aged FB accounts with old BM to make your work suitable.

If FB has made a decision there is nothing we can do now, file an appeal and wait.
In the meantime you can search for other accounts to continue advertising and remember your account will be locked at any time, use multiple ad accounts at the same time

The account may not be owned by you, it may also be suspended due to campaign violations, or unusual bans. Please fix it in many ways that I cannot discuss here

If your personal ad account has been banned and you're seeking a resolution for the affected account, the sole recourse is to request a review. In case they request identification, you can either submit your own or generate one.

However, for a more enduring solution, consider acquiring aged Facebook accounts with an established Business Manager to align with your long-term objectives.

When you follow FB policies you can still get banned and all advertisers know that. When your ad account is banned, the only way you can use a new ad account is to use a new ad account instead, because the success rate of appeal is very low. Don't try to focus on the appeal, it will only waste more of your time.

You can only resist Facebook's request and wait for review, I'm sorry in this case you can only wait and verify with Facebook that the information of your account belongs to you and you are not do anything unusual, you can find "support facebook" on google and fill the form, after that will have staff call for you can you can talk to them to help you

May I ask...
Do you use multilogin software?
Do you normally use proxies for each? or VPN?
Thank you

You should consider purchasing an ID card-verified or reinstated Facebook Business Manager account. It's a safe and reliable option, allowing you to run ads without encountering issues. I believe that ad accounts of this type are less likely to be suspended. Many users recommend renting a Facebook BM, but I see it as a loss project due to the ongoing percentage payments. This can become a significant amount when running ads in bulk. Instead, I suggest finding a seller who offers reinstated business manager accounts. This way, you can start your advertising without the risk of being banned
