What is your product bro? Do you use cloak in your campaign? You should try aged account with spent with clean proxy. Try proxy from tier 1 like us, uk, germany...

I noticed when you create new accounts and start advertising almost immediately, Fb blocks it, warm up the account first, let everything look normal... Their algorithm is trained to spot certain user behaviours and flag it down...

The issue may be due to the IP address being flagged.

Or maybe your advertising account is not healthy enough. And when that product is a BLACK HAT product, you need to have proper concealment measures for the advertisement to be approved.

I think okay what you need to do is
1. Create a new browser instead of the old browser
2. Buy or borrow a friend's Facebook account
3. Add it to the page you want to advertise on
4. Continuing the campaign will not be banned anymore
