Facebook Ad Account Problem

Hey guys! So last year I had a problem with facebook (facebook had a problem with my creatives) and you know how they are - they perma banned me from advertising.
Can you tell me what are the ways to make a new profile (should I use my own again but freshly registered?) and start advertising again without facebook sensing me and banning me again?
