Facebook is updating, many ads are rejected, accounts are banned. The solution here can only be to change the content, images, do not let it violate the policy too seriously.

Some notes to avoid Facebook account being disabled
- Keep the time gap between posts: Posting to Facebook continuously makes Facebook feel that your account has problems. Therefore, post pictures, statuses, videos reasonably.

- Increase personalization: Make friends with people you understand and know about them as well as the people you are friends with also know about you to increase the reputation of the account.

- Do not spam on Facebook: This can be considered the reason that many accounts make mistakes leading to the case of being disabled. Therefore, control the speed of liking and commenting in all cases.

- Comply with Facebook's policies: follow the conditions that Facebook sets out to be able to use comfortably and avoid being locked out of FB.

You can diversify your ad accounts so you don’t get stuck if one gets disabled. Alternatively, renting aged accounts will offer additional stability! In my case, I’ve found that using ExiScale’s ad accounts has hugely helped me to run my campaigns smoothly and avoid frequent disruptions.
 
I understand how you feel:weep:. The only way is to backup your ad account, or if it's too difficult, you can find an agency that rents accounts. They may have some tips and find the way for you
 
Follow ad policies, use accurate info, avoid suspicious activities, and secure your account with strong practices.

You should use a separate IP for each Facebook to avoid unusual situations
 
Have you tried appealing? If it still doesn't work, you should prepare a new account.

I’ve been in the same problem with Facebook ad account issues. I started using aged accounts from Exiscale and it’s made a big difference. Fewer restrictions and smoother campaigns.You should check aged account.
 
You can use an account with a good spending history or an old account, fb often prioritizes accounts with a positive advertising history and few violations
 
You must find out why you were disabled. Facebook disables your account, they will also give a reason why they disabled it. If that reason is reasonable, you should limit those violations, but if it is not reasonable, you can appeal to Facebook to have them return your account to you.
