Believe me I just tried to promote a citation or quote.
Can they ban accounts because in the settings you have set "I promote for business purposes"? And instead you promote normal posts like quotes?

Thanks

don't try to guess the reason, fb ads is completely random, it's not your fault, just buy another aged fb ad account if you want to continue

I can do that but I also need to add that new account ad administrator to the Facebook page right?
So the problem is not related to the page but to the Facebook user?

if you're sure not violate any policy, you can request appeal https://www.facebook.com/accountquality/

I got my account deactivated just because I use .xyz domain. it's my fault I didn't research carefully. it's turn out that .xyz and many others extension was automatically flagged as spam domain by facebook bot.

since i'm sure i'm not violate any policy, i submit appeal and they reactivated my ads account in 48 hours.

Anyway, write an appeal.
Here a few very basic rules:
1. Your domains should be absolutely clear (Without any issues, good history and etc)
2. First ads campaign maximum 10$
3. Better if you do the first campaign to promote your Fun page

That's why I am renting Agency Ad Accounts from the supplier. Don't have to worry about bans nor limits. This guy even allows me to run Black Hat, would suggest anyone going the same route if you want to scale without worrying about bans.
