Facebook ad account banned

Hello everyone,

Apparently, my Facebook ad account is banned. I will take my GF's account and I will promote only whitehat products.

Right now I'm developing a business with my friend and he wanted to give me access to his business account so I can manage the ads. Do you think that his account can get in trouble because I had my main acc banned?
