Facebook Ad Account Banned, Solution?

Facebook recently banned my ad account. Now i cant use the same paypal to another account. I tried direct linking my credit card. that account also was banned.
Can i make another verified paypal account with same credit card and use it for facebook adverts?

If not can someone please tell me a solution to make an AD account without going to bank and getting a new credit card. Something like buying a Verified Paypal account with VCC or VBA and fund it from my old paypal account. Is that possible?

I know so many guys have been banned from facebook adverts. What do u guys do afterwards to get another account. I cant afford to buy old accounts in the Marketplace though

They use your paypal email, right? I always get around bans by adding a new email address to my paypal account and using that new email to hook up my accounts.

No. I think you get 8? email addresses for your PayPal account. I leave it alone just to make sure I don't get banned again.

Now i added a new email to my account and tried with that new email. but still they dont accept the payment method

well, if the account itself is banned then changing a payment won't help. I mean if you sign up again and the same paypal email will flag the account, then just add a paypal authorized email for the account and use the new one instead.
