When getting new fb accounts, what do you need to change?

I know you will need a new IP, do you also need to use a VPS and a new credit card? Does the CC have to match the account name?

I never heard of a credit card for facebook. Google it it sounds like malware. And about the IP it depends on how many accounts you are going to make. I run 5 accounts per IP.
