Personally, I buy them on microjob sites, they're cheaper and the purchase is user to user, backed by the site. I consider it safer, and the account characteristics are customizable in terms of account age, activity level, number of friends, country, etc. I've gotten them for as low as $0.5 on sproutgigs (6 month old accounts), and the price increases with more activity or specific features.
You could also post the same question in "Want To Buy" section, you might connect with other sellers who have good reviews.
