Hi there, if you are serious on advertising on facebook. I would definitely recommend you renting as you will get more assisted help, guidance etc. and you are way more insured. I would advise you getting ageing Exiscale facebook accounts with lifetime replacement of ad accounts whenever your ad accounts gets restricted. This alone saves you so much time and headaches.
 
You should rent advertising accounts from agencies. They will have long-standing accounts and spending history, and you will be supported with problems that you cannot handle because they have many years of experience.
 
You have to see which one will be more effective, but you should look for reputable places

If you advertise BH then I recommend renting it, but if Wh then you should buy it
