Facebook accounts problem

My personal Facebook acc has a problem. 2 days ago, i wanted to enable 2FA authentication, and after enabling it, I deleted the authentication.

Then Facebook did not allow me to log in to the acc.

So how can I do now?
Hello !

Some ways to recover your account:
  • You can use recovery codes if you saved them.
  • Try logging in from a trusted device used before.
  • Click “Need another way to authenticate?” to get other options (SMS, email).
  • Contact Facebook Help Center
  • If still logged in on Messenger or Instagram, remove or change 2FA there.

You’ll need to recover access through Facebook official account recovery page choose “Having trouble?” or “Need another way to authenticate” then follow the ID verification steps. If 2FA was deleted, only Facebook support can restore access, so submit the form and wait for their response.

It asked me to enable 2FA, but when I tried to add it, it said that the page is not available.

Have you deleted the 2FA account you created or uninstalled the app?
If you have only uninstalled it, you can reinstall it and log in to the ones you have logged into with Gmail. You just need to link the correct one and the passwords will be there

I totally understand how stressful losing access to your account can be! When you delete 2FA without backing up recovery codes, Facebook locks you out for security. Here's what to do: go to facebook.com/login/identify → enter your email/phone → click "No longer have access to these?"

Follow the identity verification process - you'll need to upload your ID (passport/national ID card). Make sure the name on your ID matches your Facebook name exactly. Facebook usually reviews within 24-48 hours.

If that doesn't work, try facebook.com/help/contact/260749603972907 for direct account recovery support. Have your original registration email/phone ready

How long has it been since you submitted the verification, and did you receive any email confirmation from Facebook yet?

If 2FA was deleted, sometimes the backup codes or device login history can still help restore access. It’s best to go through the official support flow - it usually works after verification.

If you deleted the authenticator app after enabling 2FA, you’ll need to use backup codes to log in. If you don’t have them, use Facebook’s account recovery to verify your identity and regain access.

If you deleted your 2FA app, go to Facebook’s ‘Trouble logging in?’ page, choose ‘Didn’t receive a code’, and follow recovery steps. You may need to verify ID or use backup codes. If that fails, report via facebook.com/hacked for account recovery

to get step by step guide you should search youtube. i hope you will get better result.

You might also try checking if Facebook offers you an alternative recovery option, like email or SMS verification. If not, reaching out to their support team could be the next step to solve the issue.

If you deleted your 2FA app after enabling it, use Facebook “Try another way to log in” option to recover access. You can verify through backup codes, email, or ID. If none work, submit an ID verification request via Facebook help center.

Happened to me once, if you deleted your authenticator after enabling 2FA, you’ll need to recover the account via “forgot pasword?” and choose “Need another way to confirm”. Submit your ID if prompted, lemme know how it goes

Go to the Facebook account recovery page, select forgot verification code, then follow the instructions to verify your identity or receive the code via email/phone number.

What to do when your 2FA is removed and the above methods do not work, the best way is to contact official Facebook support and provide identification documents to verify your identity. This support process can often restore access after successful verification. And it is a good idea to start by trying the following options: using a trusted device, recovery codes if you have them saved, or Facebook's recovery process.

If you still have access to the email or phone number you used to link Facebook, you can select the "Send code to email/phone number" option when logging in. The 2FA code will no longer be available, but recovery codes can be sent through that channel.

You can simply recover your account by using your email or phone number

It is likely that FB temporarily locked you because you changed/disabled 2FA too quickly. The system sees that action as “suspected intrusion”.
How to do it: go to the account recovery link, verify with your old phone number or email. If that doesn’t work, send a request to verify your identity (ID).
Don’t try to log in repeatedly — it will be locked deeper.
