Facebook accounts from buyaccs - running ads

Hi all,

Is anyone familiar with the buyaccs website for facebook accounts?

Some of the (less expensive) facebook accounts have a warning: "no access to business manager".

Does that mean the account has been blocked to use a BM? or the account has never used a BM and doesn't have access to a BM?

I couldn't find a contact option to ask this question on the website.

U can contact their support, the link are in their website scroll to bottom and find the link there (right side) or add /support after their web domain.
