Advertise on BHW
old personal account, has a very good and strong spending history. but at this point, it is a BM account and that BM was created a long time ago and that account has a spending history
 
I think it's best for BM and the account to run clean items. And it depends on the reputable supplier.
 
For large advertising budgets and advertising restricted content, use a Business Manager account. That account will be more robust
