The only benefit is that the e-mails are most likely easy to create (probably with no or very easy captcha) so you can make thousands of them
Basically, they're easily put in an automation software

There are probably more disadvantages than advantages. Do trusted e-mail domains like hotmail.com/gmail.com for better account creation
