Facebook Account Unlock?

I have been using the Facebook method of CPA by adding many friends on an account. However, it has now locked the account unless I can identify at least 5 "friends". Do you have any method to complete their test or unlocking the account?

You didnt happen to keep the emails that you receive when someone friends you?

ALso, you can try to do an image search, tineye perhaps, and find the names that way.
