If your new account gets a face check and doesn't pass the review process, it's best to purchase a clean, well-defined account with a history of engagement. I've encountered that as well, ugh! Changing browsers or clearing your cache can sometimes be helpful. If not, your best option might be Facebook support. I hope you resolve it!
