Facebook account password Recover Help

My personal FB account that I using from a long time. But few month ago i have changed my account password and forget about that because I never login again and again just one time phir pass and keep in remember my fb account pass.

Now i forget my fb account pass cant login it again of i logout right now so ... Yes in my mobile account already login if I logout that so cant login it again.

Unfortunately I forgot my email login password too that I used to login for Facebook account.

My email is Yahoo mail.

I try to talk with Yahoo support on call. So they refused me to reset the password and they said we just help to USA residence. Not other countries .

I dont want to lost my account access.

Please any USA friend can help me to reset my Yahoo email password please ..

It's hardly to get back the account if you forgot the password of Yahoo Mail.

Yahoo support agent was said to me that if any USA residence like this help from us so we can reset his password so therefore I need help from USA residence

don't logout
just go to setting and add new mobile number and email id and verify that email and mobile number

open facebook in your pc and click forget password add your mobile number or email id that you added and you got new password reset link in your mail just click that and create new password

I already tried these steps

Facebook is not sending codes on all @yahoo emails in last 4 months ....
