I think it's possible since it just requires you to enter your phone number OR email address when signing up a FB acc

it is possible but in the long run facebook will ask you for an email address as an alternative recovery factor if anything went unusual to your account

Yes it's possible. Btw, you can use temp mails, for verification, in 20 sec i verify my accounts with mail.
