Facebook Account Needed

I need a facebook account (the account has to be a girl, and someone from brazil) with a couple thousand friends from brazil ONLY. Just wondering how much people are charging for such service. I can provide account name, email, and other info. I just don't really have the time to keep adding all the friends. I can even provide the account already created.
