My Facebook Account Locked for 10 days now.

I hardly use it and last posted a pic with my wife at a restaurant 4 days prior.

NOTHING.

Someone claimed they had a "cracker" on secure . darkwebid . com and showed a password cracker .. which made no sense to me.

Yeah, we got some expertises who base on recovering locked facebook account which sounds cool but in most cases, dont bother, just give up on the account and create a new one
 
You may be entering your phone to send a request for a protest. I think it will wait for 1 or 2 days to return.
 
You log in, access the reporting link that Facebook provides, and fill in all verification information that matches your account informations, facebook maybe can help you unlock
 
You can use another account to contact Facebook support and wait for their response.
 
Did u contact with the meta support team or not? If no, then you can consult with them first, i hope your problem will be solved!
 
I experienced an unfortunate situation where a friend's account was hacked by someone in Nigeria. Despite my efforts to recover the account, it ended up being permanently blocked. I contacted support, but they didn't take any action. I suspect that if the account had blue verification, support might have been more responsive.
 
Your account has been locked 956, please complain to Facebook, they will assist you
 
Try going to the Facebook Help Center and start the account verification process, or try changing your IP and logging in again to see if that helps
 
Accounts with unusual logins have been scanned and locked by Facebook to protect your account. If this is the owner's account, please contact Facebook support team, they will guide you how to unlock it
 
Submit a request to Facebook support
It may take 28-30 days for your account to return
