Facebook account locked any ideas?

Currently, your account is suspected by FB and locked due to unusual behavior that you may not know the reason for. The best way is to contact FB directly for support and send personal information to verify your account.

Contact the support and if they can't do anything abandon the account and create a new one.

In such locked cases, you should try logging in with your phone to see if it can be opened

Do you log in to it on any mobile device? If you have logged in before, use that device again, that is an effective way to unlock a locked fb account like this.
 
If you have no other way to recover your account other than gmail, I think your account is beyond help. You can continue to appeal to Facebook via gmail to see if they respond or find a third party to help you with this issue.
 
Try to verify with personal information if it doesn't work I think you should buy a new account
