How many friends is each account allowed to have?
When I go to view a certain friends with over 1k friends and I click see all
It only shows 400 friends...

A fb account can only have 5000 friends.

As far as I know, it has always been 5,000. When you click "See All," they are only going to display a certain amount. You have to click "Next" (should be at the bottom) to get the next page of friend results.
