Facebook Account Error. Need Your Help

Hi Mates!

We are running the huge campaign for the Australian Retailer and after 4 months of work got all the ads paused with the mark "Account Error".
I found a similar problem discussion on Reddit but we have no problem with the bank card as in the case described.
Did anyone face the same problem? Could you help, please?
