Facebook Account Disable

Hi everyone my personal account is disable but still have option to recover but i can understand where i put the appeal i am already attach the screen shot

Note: my old fb account i am using last 12 year verification everything done but my fb account disable with out any reason

That is really scary, if you have a business page attached to it and only to it.
 
Click the button "Go to help centre", you should get redirected to the page to submit an Appeal.

Has your page been showing any unusual activity lately?
If you haven't seen any unusual activity, you should regularly check which devices are logging into your account so that you can promptly remove any devices that aren't yours.
Now, click on "Go To Help Center" to get Facebook's help to help you get your account back.

You try to go to the support homepage and create a chat session with the support staff.

Please contact meta support team to ask them to check and appeal for you.

I think you should create a new profile, because these types of locks are very difficult to open.
 
If you still can't do it, you can go to YouTube to find a video tutorial. But you should still use multiple accounts because your account may be disabled again.

you can go to facebook business support center then click view any account then suggest or chat with facebook staff
 
At last, if nothing works, let contact FB support team in your language. They can help if you have enough required information
