Does anyone have any recommendations as to a good program for this? Is it better to just buy accounts off of Fiverr.

It's better to buy accounts off fiverr.. fbdevil is not working for the past few months.. And i don't know of other creators..

you can create facebook account. but what is next???????

Facebook will disabled your account within 3 days. if you will add friends to sell. when you will deliver to your clients then facebook account will be roadblock. if you will make them PVA. then I want to tell you facebook disable PVA very easily.

So, it's is difficult to monetize facebook account.
