Try to do it from incognito or install facebook APP on your smartphone then use pass generator.

Check your email and see if Facebook sent you something to confirm. If none, contact support. I had my account connected with my mobile device so any login attempts would ask for my confirmation.

just don't try to login for few days it will be okay
