Facebook Account Blocked

Hello, my Facebook account has been blocked.

I've raised an appeal already, however, they don't reply.

What should I do as I'm not able to get access to a new account because they block it right away.

Please advice.

Can you give more background to this? Was this your first blocked account? Are your campaigns WH?

I used to do dropshipping back in the day, which caused my personal account to be blocked back in 2018, however, my other ad accounts were still ready to use in my business manager.

Note: I've never scammed anyone or something like that.

I've started working for a medical company recently to which my personal account is tied to their business manager, we have been running lead ads with some questions but we are not violating the personal attributes policy, yet they have decided to shut down the entire account and since I've been stopped from running any ads on my own accounts.

I've had another look at your ad account and unfortunately, we won't be able to re-enable it.

All ad accounts are evaluated for policy compliance and quality of ad content. When accounts run ads that don't follow our Advertising Policies, they're disabled.

There's no further action that you may take here. We don't support ads for your business model.

Please consider this decision as final.

But the ticket is open, however, I still haven't heard anything back.

That wasn't my point so no worries. I'm just trying to know more about the situation.

It's actually one of the reasons why an ad account is diseabled (inactivity of more thatn 90 days if I'm not wrong). What you did is the right thing, just appeal the decision and let us know how it goes.

PS: It's an old trick that probably was hyped by many (or it might be just a coincidence), but people realised that if you reply to the ticket by using the word "WHY?!", the next reply you get is that your account was reopened again. I'm not even jocking, there was a whole community around that trick a year ago. I don't really believe in such nonesense but hey, you can try it.
 
If you did not break their ToS then you'll get your account back. Someone else had the same problem a few days back. Search for that thread. They got their account back.
 
facebook account blocked or facebook ads blocked?
weird for a facebook account to be completely blocked due to ads unless money didnt come out or ads were misleading
 
but go to business manager help tab so u can actually speak to a real person
 
I rarely hear about people getting thier account back after block. Mine was blocked because of my name is long they said I should use my real name and I'm like WTF that's my name ...sent ID
It's been over 8 months no remedy

I've tried this multiple times but I get only stupid idi*ts on the chat, I've talked with a marketing expert on the phone as well and he told me they can't do anything about it and that is happens a lot since the elections in the USA.

I've just replied with ''why'' on a older ticket with status ''reply needed'' see above.

I haven't replied using the URL in her message yet but at the same time I got this email on my email address a couple of minutes ago.

After further review of your Facebook account, we found you didn't comply with our Advertising Policies (https://www.facebook.com/policies/ads) or other standards. You will no longer be allowed to advertise and your access to features for managing ad and business accounts will remain limited.

A new IP, a new facebook account. If you can even get it, buy Facebook accounts for 1-2 months and keep them in reserve.

If you use white hat facebook ads, always give admin to a backup facebook account.
 
It is very difficult to get back account which is bloccked and when you have multiple accounts, still if you have verification email or phone you can get it back
 
it has options to open it. If you have gmail and phone number it is still easy to reopen it
 
if you did not do anything against the TOS you just need to wait, their response time now is slightly longer than before because of this cover thing going on. If you are in a rush to advertise, create a new account using new proxies/residential IPs. or purchase one from marketplace
