just like reddit, it may take you a long while... it is better to ditch it. you will waste a lot of time waiting and they might not reply back.
 
Facebook can at times be very slow... And you must bear in mind that you may or may not recover your account. It would be good to think of an alternative instead of just waiting.

problem with FB support is there useless .
 
It's too difficult to get back fb accounts like this, usually you are related to fake or brand, that's why it's locked for so long
