It matters, If you have budget to spend then you can use it for paid advertising with a high converting offer.
If you aren't planning to do paid advertising then you can use it for affiliate marketing through organic reach or maybe use a bot to send mass dms. There are plenty of ways to do organic marketing on fb for affiliate offers, like posting on groups, replying to comments, adding your niche related people as a friend after changing your fb profile into sales funnel.
Keep in mind that with these approaches you have a risk of getting your account ban, I also had my account ban few years ago and had great memories with it, if you don't have any problem in losing this account then go ahead, you might see less limitations because of your old account.
