to be honest, I don't think the account created time is important.
I have lots of accounts which were created before 2014. However, they are even harder to use than new created accounts.
so I think you can just buy new accounts to warm up. don't waste money on aged accounts.
however, if you can get any account with recently activities, then that will be the best option.

How long you should do manual warmup depends on how you would like to warm-up your account.

Around here I do a 15 to 25 day warm-up on new accounts, I manage everything through applications that enable me to know what the next steps I should take are.

we are warming up our accounts for at least 3 months before running the first test ad here.
this is a little too long for most people, however, the longer the better, it will make the account much stronger.

old accounts are always better. The tricky part is where you (from the new location) login to the old account or ad a creditcard. This is where accounts get locked

I use new accounts and warm them up myself. This will give you a strong account that hasn't been logged into from all around the world and seem legit.
I've noticed with aged accounts, if the IP changes from country to country that account will probably get locked if you don't know how to handle it.
Lately, I've noticed that my new accounts are performing a lot better than aged.

you should keep everything don't change when you move your account into other bot software. at least you should keep the IP and cookies don't change.
new account or old account doesn't matter. the most important factor is that the account should have recently activities. the more the better.
