Once you spend enough and keep hitting the threshold, then you will be able to spend 5k per day.

I see people struggling with bans even while running wh ads. I doubt fb will give even $1k threshold from start not $5k lol.
 
I thought you're going to provide a method to get $5k thresholds on FB Ads..
