When you are prompted to pay for your ad, they should offer a field for a discount code. I am not sure since this is in euros if it only pertains to people that have the euro as their default currency.

I really cannot believe the idiotic responses on here, its that with theses types of questions , it seems to me that you should still be at primary school!!!

How to Use these codes?

To use the free coupon codes just follow these simple steps:
1) Create a facebook account if you do not have one already.
2) Login to your facebook account, then click the ?Advertising? link from the bottom of the page. Create an ad and later you?ll able to change the daily budget and CPC. You?ll need a credit card here in order to confirm your account.
3) After creating the advertising account and getting the ?Congratulations Message?, click ?Billing? > Click ?Funding Sources? > Click ?Enter Coupon Code?
4) Enter the coupon codes one at a time and then checkout.

It's works for worldwide account :) included US . the exchange rate is now 25$ for this code :D
