Facebook 2 week group ban

Hello,
I would like to find some insight to my problem.
Facebook has blocked me for two weeks from joining and posting in groups.
Before, I was able to join 50 groups a day without a problem.
Now, what I have done:
1. Created new account, PVA, started joining groups -> after 10 group requests - 2 week ban.
2. Bought PVA, 3 year old account -> After 20 group requests - 2 week ban.

How is facebook catching on?

The most common reason being temporarily blocked from Facebook groups is your posts are reported by other members as spam, which means many of your posts aren't followed the rules of the groups.

How many posts do you submit to the groups a day? How often do you post to the groups?
 
With newer accounts I joined about 12 groups.
No posts, nothing.
accounts look legit with posts, images, likes, and friends..
 
pls clear private messages quota, i cannot pmed you
 
You need private proxies if you want to do group spamming for sure - the free public ones set off so many security alerts to FB it's not even funny.
