Facebok Ads Simple but important Question

have a simple small question.
lets say i want to target people that liked "A" page and also "B" page, i mean i want specific people that like these both page and not all the people that like "A" Page And all the people that like "B" page.
it is possible?
please do not suggest me Custom Audience.

Since you don't want to use Custom Audience, it is possible only if you have admin rights to both the pages.

If you are admin yes. You can target them and then boost one post
