Face Book blocking me, HELP real acccount

I have a real account that I use but not really for social networking but just for my website page. And I get this must confirm phone thing but when I go to verify it it says too many codes have been requested please try again later, But i never requested codes and so I decied to opt for the phone call and it says facebook is overloaded try again later been trying for 3 days. How do I get my account back without all the BS

Try logging with clean US IP. FB may blocked your IP. If you can't login via another IP. Wait for few days. Don't try to login. Then clear your flash cookies try again. FB is not an east play ground nowadays.
 
having similar trouble , says it has sent a text to a genuine mobile bvut nothing has come through and no way of contacting them
 
pls check it via email because when someone try to login with your account and not getting success then tht guy request a code but unavailability of email id and password tht guy cnt verify your Fb account,this is the only reason for your accounts getting blocked...
 
Sorry to resurrect old thread, but I'm now experiencing this. I had changed my pwd for my personal fb (over 12 yrs old), and now it's asking to send an sms code. But I've clicked 'send code', waited, and no code. Clicked it a few more times, then prompted with 'wait 24 hrs' err msg. My main issue is that if I attempt to login to fb or try to do anything, I'm confronted wit this 'checkpoint/block' page.

I can't/haven't received the code at all. The number they have for sending the code to is correct. And there's obviously no way that I've found to contact fb support. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You could ask a friend to send support message regarding your account problem.
