Facbook ads problem - Facbook suport is a joke

I have started lately testing facebook ads and everything go ok until Saturday I get my ads account block as a reason they say they notice unusual activities at my account ok fine good they try to protect me they ask abut copy of my personal id i send them this and from Saturday nothing (5 days).
This is a joke I'm paying them money and I cannot contact them on phone when I send them complaints i get message they cannot answer on my questions because they have to much questions to answer me, this is joke not support. I'm customer that actually pay them and they treat me like shit. Any one have any idea what to do whit this? How long this can take?

Truth be told, they do the same thing to people who spend $100k a month.

They care more about the USER's experience more than taking money from advertisers. A few reps have told similar things to my partner.

Its best to have multiple accounts ready so that when one goes down you can continue promoting while you try getting the other one(s) back.


Might take 5 working days sometimes less sometimes more.

The advertiser is paying money not stones, Facebook is a big joke for anyone. Some of my friends told their ads just got all shit likes and hits.

No support means only wastage of our money. Did you asked a local FB company if it situated in your area?

Facebook has ignored all of my mails, never got any accounts back after sending ID (not even the real ones, LOL).
Many likes from Facebook itself are fake as hell and I have seen em eat daily budgets of me or friends lightning fast without returning good clicks. It's a very big company and shouldn't expect a lot of service. I learned to move on quick and accept it is part of the game. Still enough money to be made anyway and they know it.
