Fabebook ads active but no spendinf

Sometimes fb gets buugged, but you can try with new ad acc, or duplicating campaign, changing payment method and checking fanoage if its live and well-shared with ad acc

There are only 2 reson of advertising without spending money
1- problem acc
how to recognize : The payment section shows that the card has insufficient funds. or need to approve a hold
how to fix : - change card and proces a few step what to fix holded account
2- problem about page ( best popular )
- let try change another page to work faster

Check if your payment method is correctly set up and has sufficient funds

How long have you waited, sometimes after a week it can kick in. Or do you have daily spend limits? If so an agency account will help.
 
This issue could be due to a low-quality score, restricted targeting, or flagged content. If the issue persists, check for account restrictions or appeal to Facebook support.

the problem is either with the payment card or with the FB page from which the ads are being displayed.
