I need to vent, I'm trying to rank for a keyword, not overly competetive and i'm in the top 10. Out of nowhere 3 new pages have entered the top 10. They are all web 2.0's, absolute spun fucking garbage that makes literally no sense at all, keyword isn't in the URL (Well, it kind of is, but whoever made it has mis spelt the fucking thing), and the keyword is mentioned once on th page.
Oh, and the new #4 spot has 1 backlink to it, a spammy article from some shitty article directory i've never heard of.
On other hand, I have used a year old domain, made a keyword rich and INFORMATIVE post on my blog, backlinked it to fuck with web 2.0's (original content), articles (also original content) and lots of high PR backlinks.
And these piece of shit pages are ranking above me.
Seriously, I know this is what the game is all about, and I shouldnt be mad that a competitor is out ranking me, but this goes against everything I've ever learnt in SEO. I don't think I'm going to bother with whitehat or greyhat anymore, since it's a big fucking waste of time.
Now, im summary:
