I just want to say FUCK YOU anxiety and hbp.

I have been having episodes of anxiety for long while and yesterday afternoon it started again.

To make matters worst, this morning I was not feeling good because of the anxiety and decided to check my hbp and it was 161/108.

This has put me on the edge of thinking that I am about to have a heart attack.

Just a little rant about anxiety and hbp.

    Thanks for reading.

Totally agree with you. Haven't experienced any high blood pressure, but anxiety sucks big time...

Exactly the same here. I think my problems comes from too little social interaction with others, but I'm definitely not sure...

Hey @picapiedra18, do you experience derealization?

Phenibut will break down all barriers, rid you of anxiety. It will allow you to still be yourself but also socialize and not have any worry of anothers judgement. When used away from people it works like NZT from that one movie. You can concentrate and focus. I took it and within 4 hours I had a private blog network setup of 4 x pr4 blogs 17 pr3 blogs. I then went to the bar and had no thoughts of drinking and ordered a coke and started talking to all these girls. BOOM I had numbers and went home with one of them. (this is not like me I prefer to stay inside and work on seo and my computer and GAME) I'm a good looking dude but DAMN this stuff made me feel like I could do anything.

Mentioned this on the forum before. Do something about it before it gets worse. Read up on cbt therapy so you can find a way to deal with it. I lost my job of 13 years and spent 5 weeks in hospital because i ignored it and it branched into all other kind of nasty shit like panic attacks, agrophobia and social phobia

I feel you man. I first experienced anxiety a few months ago, and it was terrifying... I've definitely come to terms with it now though, and I've gotten a firm grip on it. It's opened my eyes up to how truly powerful the human mind is, and while it's been a painful experience, some good has definitely came from it for me. My girlfriend has anxiety as well, and we've both been able to help each other through it, and grown closer because of the struggle.

Best of luck friend, and remember how powerful your conscious mind is! You, and you alone, determine your fate! There is nothing, and I mean NOTHING that the mind cannot overcome! :)

When I drink coffee, I always feel like that too, but when I drink alcohol, I feel so relaxed. I don't recommend alcohol or anti-depressants though.

I don't know how to cure any kind of anxiety. I have also SAD (social anxiety disorder). I keep struggling with it. Alcohol also gives me confidence. It's a temporary solution and alcohol is bad for your health, you know.

Hello everyone, couldnt help to enter this thread as this subject interests me. I feel for you and for those who suffer from anxiety...and others forms of emotional stress. Last year i had some stomach problems, and i felt anxious after eating, because i was in pain. So, where am i going with this?

The truth is: we all make mistakes, when it comes to what we eat, and how we behave in everyday life. Turns out i have a sensible stomach and cant eat somethings..After turning to the oriental view of illnesses...and doing acupuncture i noticed that i was making some mistakes, regarding my daily intake of food and had to remove some of the bad habits. I have a very big appetite, and am hungry many times during the day, so i need to be eating constantly..but when i realized the mistakes i was doing and started eating more properly i started to feel much better...

My problem was with my stomach, and i thought it was only my stomach that i had to "cure", but the view of the Traditional chinese medicine is that when you have a disease they treat your body as a whole, because all is connected. If you have anxiety there can be many causes for that...but i advise you not to just take a pill and forget about it, you should go to the root of the problem, the cause. For example, coffee is not very good, if you want to be calmer.. You could do yoga, meditation, doing sports relaxes everyone. I hope you can live your life well and do something to change that "ilness".

Im quite tired today so pardon my english...if you need anything just tell me...
Have a nice night :D dont be shy to ask for help... :p

    Hi Guys,

Phenibut its awesome. I take it in the 2-3 gram range which is pretty high. At that rate you can get sick so go a little lower. Check out Peak Nootropics they carry it

also etizolam works very well but it is highly addictive. I would stay with the GABAb drugs like phenibut. Also, don't use all the time.

I use 300mg during the day and 300mg at night. Recreational use it is 1-2 grams but 600mg does the job for me and keeps my away from addiction. I also only use it Friday-Monday. Incredible sleep, focus and energy on demand.. Like I said GET it try it use it and then come back and thank the thread.

This may sound crazy but have you tried hypnosis? There's some good hypnosis videos about hypochondria (and anxiety/whatever else) on YouTube. I figured out that my prior anxiety attacks were due to me being a hypochondriac about everything. Hypnosis doesn't mean that you're under the control of someone else (due to popular belief). Those videos really helped relax me back when my anxiety was high. I don't know if you have panick attacks but I've learned how to stop them by holding my breath and counting backwards. That may sound strange I but it worked for me. I hope you feel better soon, anxiety is so horrible.

There is a great book by Eckhart Tolle called 'The Power Of Now'. You have to read it to get the gist of it, but it basically trains your mind to only think of the 'Now'. Sometime your mind is focusing too much into the future and the unknown, or dwelling on past events, which can cause alot of unneeded stress and anxiety. Just keep your mind in the exact present moment.

This book really does work. I have suffered from anxiety quite alot, and i hardly get it now

Seek treatment, or it WILL lead to a heart attack. I know, I've had one.

Did you take antibiotics prior to developing anxiety? Just wondering.......
