Local Councils here are useless. They basically will give you a book to fill in, so no immediate stop to the problem.

Since writing the original post, nothing has changed.

They are utter freaks. I can hear them through my walls. When I've had conversations on the phone, they sit and repeat the conversations I've had... they shout through the walls.

What is even more frustrating, they act like it is me that is the issue, as I am new to the area and everybody here seems to go to school together, every other person is a 2nd cousin. It's one of those kinda place. Grow up in the same area, get married in the same area, have kids in the same area and buried in the same area. Really sad, small minded people.

I contacted the local council, which was looking positive but they literally want me to constantly listen to the noise and write it down. Which tbh, isn't going to get the problem sorted as soon as I would hope.

I am getting fed up of trying to do my work and these idiots been purposely loud, banging, provoking, talking shit.
