Hello,

I have a Failed Direct Deposit with the Sent Date back to 2010-12-22.
ClickBank said they would send me a paper check for the returned
payment according to their accounting policy. Now is 2011-1-27,
I still haven't receive any check yet.

And I opened a ticket at their support system 3 days ago, no response
still... ClickBank just keeps my money...F*CK.

Anyone has the same experience? Would you please advise me what to
do next?

Thanks
Noame

Clickbank is a honest company , they never miss a payment for me . Well they have slow support , just wait a little bit . Everything will be fine

ClickBank is legit! They sent my first check to me today hopefully it'll arrive soon, I was missing one card from my customer requirements and they were kind enough to bypass it for me.

I have 4 -$1.00 charges on my account. Why are you taking away my money?

Clickbank sent me my first check last September. I still don't have it until now. It's only about $200. I believe it got stolen in the post office and there's no way Clickbank will pay me unless they get the check back.

That' s why I love adsense because Google pays via Western Union.

Q: Why is my balance decreasing?
A: Accounts with a positive balance but no earnings for an extended period of time are considered dormant. dormant accounts are subject to a charge.

Dormant Accounts

Accounts with a positive balance but no earnings for an extended period of time are considered dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a charge of $1 per pay period after 90 days of no earnings, $5 per pay period after 180 days of no earnings, and $50 per pay period after 365 days of no earnings.

Is there a way to cancel a dormant account, or are you better off just trying to make a few sales in the account to offset the negative balance?

Why did you get a failed DD?

They said I provided them with wrong banking information. But this is my bank account information, how can I make it wrong? I live outside of America and I think ClickBank has little knowledge to due with financial institutions out of US.:(

you only have to make 1 sale in 90 days to offset so I would do that:D

You are wrong. They will cancel the check and issue a new one for a fee.

Well they do thousand of international transactions. Otherwise they would not bother with DD because most Americans are happy with checks.

Give it time, it'll show up. Clickbank keeps paying me month after month without fail or incident.

Better than I can say for some!

Never had a problem with ClickBank, dont worry you will get paid! Just wait a few more days for a responce.

Yes the dreded dormant CB account that got me a few times in the early days, and to get paid you need to:

  • Sales made with 5 or more different credit card numbers and
  • Sales made with two different payment methods (either Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal). Note: PayPal purchases do not count toward the minimum 5 different credit card numbers.

I have never hadproblems with them. Just think positive and wait for answer from support. You will see everything will be ok.

Never got problem with them.
Paid always.
Clickbank still legit.
Not bad got average $200 sale everyday.
